Consistent good oral hygiene is essential to maintaining your smile, and during your regular dental visits, our dentist and team will review your at-home dental hygiene with you and make recommendations on ways you can improve it.
Good dental hygiene includes a number of daily habits to maintain optimal oral health, including:
